What we collect

The name, brand, email address, type of application and optional message you type into the form. Name, brand and email are needed so that we can reply; without them we cannot. We make no automated decisions about you. If you opened the link from one of our emails, we also store the short tag in that link (for example which mailing list it came from) with your application.

Please do not put identity numbers, health details or other sensitive data in the message box, and do not write other people's personal data there. The form is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Our introduction and application page uses no cookies or browser storage and loads no third-party scripts. When you open the page we keep an anonymous visit record under a random identifier that does not identify you: only the short tag in the link (if any) is recorded, and your IP address and device details are not written to it. The hosting and database services may keep technical logs such as IP addresses, as any web service does.

Why and on what basis

We use your details only to answer your application, to prepare a stall or sponsorship offer and to talk to you about it.

Basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); Turkish Law No. 6698 Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); Law No. 6698 Art. 5/2-f).

We keep the anonymous visit records to measure how much interest the site gets and to report to brands (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); Law No. 6698 Art. 5/2-f). They do not identify you and are kept for 12 months at most.

Before sending the form you are asked to tick that you have read this notice. That is not consent. It is a record that you were informed, and we keep the version date of this notice with your application.

Who receives your details

We do not sell your details or give them to other companies for marketing. Only the service providers we use to handle your application can reach them. The form is stored by a hosting and form provider in the United States, so your details are transferred outside Türkiye and the EU. Visit records are also kept with a database service outside Türkiye. The provider holds them on our behalf, may use sub-services to filter spam, and states that it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses standard contractual clauses. Our correspondence runs through our email provider.

We may disclose details to the authorities where the law requires it or where we need to protect a legal right.

How long we keep them

Until your application is answered. If no contract follows, we delete or anonymise your details within 24 months of our last contact. If a contract is made, the legal retention periods apply. If a rights request or a dispute is open, we may keep the details until it is settled.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your details and let only authorised people reach them. We cannot guarantee that transmission over the internet is entirely free of risk.

Marketing emails

Outside the application process we may write about stall rental and sponsorship to business email addresses that companies share publicly on their own websites. We use only business addresses for this, not private ones, and we send nothing promotional to individuals. If you do not want these emails, reply or write to info@noelbazaar.com; we keep your address on a block list so that we do not write again.

Links to other sites

The calendar links lead to Google, whose own privacy terms then apply. Downloading the calendar file sends us nothing. We are not responsible for the practices of sites we link to.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your details, for correction or deletion, for restriction of their use, to object to their use, and to receive them in a portable format. You can also use the rights in Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698. The limits and exceptions set by law remain reserved.

Using your rights, and complaints

Write to info@noelbazaar.com from the address you used on the form; we may ask for further information to confirm your identity. We answer within 30 days. The answer is free; if the request needs extra work, the fee set by the Turkish authority may apply.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country, to the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (kvkk.gov.tr).

Changes

We update this notice when needed. The current version is published at this address and the date above changes.
